1. Age Requirement

KinkScript is strictly for adults. By using the platform you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and that accessing adult-themed fictional content is lawful where you live. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the service.

2. Fictional Content

All stories, characters, scenarios, and dialogue generated or shared on KinkScript are entirely fictional. They depict imagined adults engaging in consensual activities and do not represent real persons, events, or relationships. Nothing on the platform is intended to depict, encourage, or condone non-consensual, illegal, or harmful behavior. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental.

3. AI-Generated Content

Story content is produced by artificial intelligence based on prompts you provide. AI output can be unpredictable and may contain errors, inconsistencies, or unintended material. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before sharing or publishing it. We make no guarantee that any generated story will be accurate, coherent, or suitable for a particular purpose.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the stories you publish, and the content of your comments, forum posts, and messages. You agree not to use KinkScript to create, share, or request content involving minors, non-consensual acts, real identifiable persons without their consent, or any material that is illegal in your jurisdiction. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts and stories you create. By publishing a story publicly on KinkScript, you grant the platform a non-exclusive license to host and display that content within the service. You may unpublish or delete your stories at any time.

6. Monetization & Payments

Authors may set a price on premium chapters. Readers unlock content through secure third-party payment (Stripe) or by viewing a short advertisement. Payments are processed by the payment provider; we do not store your card details. Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to the payment provider's policies. Unlocking a chapter grants a personal, non-transferable right to read it within KinkScript.

7. Privacy

We treat your discretion as a priority. Account and profile information is used to operate the platform and is not sold. Please review our practices on the Contact page if you have questions about your data.

8. No Warranties

KinkScript is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KinkScript and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any content you generate, read, or share. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of KinkScript after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
